We would like to remind all owners and guests that the Sandbar deck seating area is reserved for Sandbar customers only. To support the operation of this amenity and ensure a positive experience for everyone, outside food and beverages are not permitted on the Sandbar deck.
Owners and guests who bring their own food or drinks are welcome to enjoy them on the beach or along the community walkways, but not within the Sandbar seating area.
Please note that this policy applies equally to everyone, without exception. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
