Silver Shells Resort, established in 1999, provides the finest luxury living for those who desire pristine white beaches, warm weather and breathtaking views.

Located directly adjacent to the Henderson Beach State Park. There are a total of 435 condominium units in the five towers, and almost thirty acres of richly landscaped common areas. Amenities include a 218,000-gallon Lagoon Pool, an onsite fine dining restaurant, beach chair rental service, outdoor beach bar and full-service spa. Owners and guests also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center off the property.

St. Croix

St Croix of Silver Shells was built in 1999, it has 76 units and 14 cabanas. It is located in the center of the property and backs right up to our Lagoon Pool. St. Croix Penthouse units are the only tower that has roof top patios providing amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

St. Barth

St. Barth of Silver Shells was built in 2005, it has 78 units and 7 cabanas. It is located right next to Henderson Beach State Park. St. Barth has its own private pool and hot tub. It also has a great back patio with gas grills, seating and pergolas for shade.

St. Lucia

St. Lucia of Silver Shells was built in 2005 and it has 72 units. St. Lucia is complete with its own private pool and hot tub. St. Lucia also has a beautiful outdoor patio with gas grills, seating and pergolas for shade.

St. Thomas

St. Thomas of Silver Shells was built in 1999, it has 107 units and 36 cabanas. St. Thomas is occupied by home owners only, no rentals allowed. It is located directly on the sandy white beach and right next to Henderson Beach State Park. St. Thomas has its own private pool and hot tub.

St. Maarten

St. Maarten of Silver Shells was built in 1999, it has 102 units and 18 cabanas. It is located right on the beautiful beach and backs up to our Lagoon Pool. The private elevators open up right into your unit.
